5 tsp vadam (sun dried onion ball)
1/4 cups coconut
1 nos onion
1 nos tamarind piece
1 nos tomato
7 nos red chili
1/4 cups sesame oil
1/2 tsp mustard
Directions
Add oil in pan
Fry vadagam, after tat add coconut and fry well keep it aside
Same pan fry onion and tomato
Add salt and tamarind
Now add red chillies
Blend all smothly
Ready to serve with dosa or idly
